Dynamic, cycle-based collaboration
Sales team
Key remit: listen to the request and orchestrate the response with this firm conviction: the path forward is never ready-mapped, and there is no standard procedure to achieve the goal.
Process Innovation team
Key role develop innovative process solutions – from idea to patent (benchmark, bibliography, membrane metrology, lab testing and pilot testing, product selection and performance validation, database build and data generation).
Applications & Proposals team
Key remit: client needs analysis and process flow definition; main equipment sizing; material balance development, and associated consumption estimations; engineering support to Sales team trough costing, preliminary flow sheets and lay-out issuance.
Project Execution team
Key role : manage and coordinate project execution (planning, objective reviews, contracts and procurement, etc.); design and develop automation systems for our process solutions; ensure compliance with customer standards and requirements (quality, hygiene, safety, etc.); coordinate the detailed engineering of equipment and process lines, while supervising assembly, programming, and installation; carry out on-site commissioning, including start-up, performance optimization, final adjustments, quality control of finished products and guaranteed process parameters, as well as customer training.
Production / Customer Services
Key remit: Development of new equipment and components (innovation, membrane metrology, and production support solutions); take care of customers’ technical requests regarding installed facilities, provide the necessary support, carry out maintenance worldwide.
Corporate team
Key missions: provide cross-functional support to all teams and projects across the Group; handle accounting, financial and legal aspects of sales and supplier purchasing; support our teams and promote Eurodia’s identity and expertise internationally.
