Sale of Oenodia®: A New Strategic Milestone for Eurodia
Pertuis, France, December 2024 – The Eurodia Group has completed the transfer of its Oenodia® division, a global reference in physical processes for wine treatment and the world leader in tartaric stabilization by electrodialysis, to Lallemand Group. With more than 250 wineries equipped and over one billion bottles stabilized each year, Oenodia has established itself as a benchmark in the industry.
The French team is joining the Oenological Institute of Champagne (IOC), continuing to operate from Pertuis under the general management of Yannick Le Gratiet, while the North American team has integrated with Scott Laboratories in California. This new structure provides Oenodia with new growth opportunities through well-established distribution networks across all major wine-producing regions worldwide.
For its part, Eurodia will continue manufacturing wine units on behalf of Oenodia. This operation allows the Group to concentrate its resources (innovation, technology, process engineering) on its key markets and new activities (lithium, industrial decarbonization, etc.).
