Eurodia was founded to promote a major innovation, electrodialysis, and to deploy all its potential in industry. The company soon expanded its scope of expertise to other specialties: membrane filtration, chromatography, and ion-exchange resins.
We have never stopped improving our industrial technologies, to deliver a unique solution for each specification of each of our customers. Through steady growth, our group has patiently built its competencies, its team, and its partnerships to become the global specialist in eco-efficient processes for liquid purification.
Eurodia was established in 1988 by Bernard Gillery, an engineer but primarily an entrepreneur. A visionary with exacting standards, he soon developed international ambitions for his company. Under his leadership, Eurodia became a key name in industrial processes such as whey demineralization and the tartaric stabilization of wines. In the 1990s, Bernard Gillery surrounded himself with a generation of young graduates and PhD students, most of them with degrees in chemistry and process engineering, and earned their loyalty with his long-term vision for Eurodia. Over three decades, these talents built the group’s success and became its top executives. In late 2016, Bernard Gillery naturally handed the business to this senior group, who breathe the same corporate spirit. Mathieu Bailly, who joined in 1997 and rose to be Chief Commercial Officer, was then appointed President of the group. With his fellow management shareholders and Eurodia’s latest generation, he is writing a fresh chapter in the group’s development.
