Dynamic, cycle-based collaboration
Sales team
Key remit: listen to the request and orchestrate the response with this firm conviction: the path forward is never ready-mapped, and there is no standard procedure to achieve the goal.
R&D team
Key role develop a custom equipment item or process solution – from idea to patent (benchmark, bibliography, membrane metrology, lab testing and pilot testing, product selection and performance validation, database build and data generation).
Process team
Key remit: define optimal processes based on basic experimental data, and process the guarantees associated with the solutions (product quality, investment and operating costs, etc.) courtesy of our proprietary calculation and design models; place an industrial production facility into service (on-site commissioning, performance adjustment, fine-tuning, quality control of the final product and guaranteed parameters, training); provide customer support after start-up.
Production / after-sales service team
Key remit: take care of customers’ technical requests regarding installed facilities, provide the necessary support, carry out maintenance worldwide.
Administrative, accounting and legal team
Key remit: provide cross-functional support at each project stage: handle accounting and legal aspects of sales and supplier purchasing; conduct international monitoring of import-export regulations and formalities.
